The Customers View is a pro-active customer research service that complements the passive feedback research of How’s My Limited both companies being part of the Bright Management Group. Dedicated to helping our clients acquire, retain and grow more profitable customers.

How’s My Limited has been established over 10 years and The Customers View has been utilised on behalf of Bright Hygiene (London) Ltd to monitor customer satisfaction on a monthly basis for the past 4 years. The Customers View undertakes periodic studies for Just Deli restaurants and ACE (formerly ECA) events. As an independent and confidential third party The Customers View is able to create an environment where customers can tell us what they may not feel able to tell our clients directly.
