Brian May
Brian has gained extensive research experience as both a Senior Manager and a Marketing and Communications professional in both B2C and B2B markets in the UK, EMEA and globally. A Mathematical Sciences honours graduate with an additional Diploma in Communications, Advertising and Marketing, Brian has worked in research for a top ten Advertising Agency, as Research Manager for a leading National Newspaper publishing group and undertook extensive business to business research studies for a number of leading City software developers. For the past 8 years Brian has been running a successful company offering interim and project management in the areas of research, web design and marketing, e-mail marketing and e-commerce.

Patricia Delahunt
Patricia who has a B.A. in Journalism from a Toronto University spent most of her career in North America gaining extensive experience through her roles in marketing, communications and research. Patricia worked at The Investment Funds Institute of Canada before setting up the Canadian Offices for a Boston-based marketing research, publishing and consulting company where she was involved in numerous customer satisfaction research studies and consulting projects. Before returning to the UK, Patricia worked as a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, setting up a marketing research and communications group in the Investment Management practice a well as conducting a number of research projects for the Canadian government. As a member of several committees of the Canadian Marketing Research Association, Patricia was involved in the establishment of guidelines of ethical standards for market research practice within the Canadian marketplace. After returning to the U.K. Patricia worked for Guinness UDV – assisting the Managing Director with special projects, before joining How’s My Ltd. to design and develop feedback programmes to enhance the existing How’s My Driving? scheme.
