The Listening Post

This provides event service measurement based on-site to take comments from attendees/delegates there and then to be followed up by e-mail or postal surveys.

This approach was used on behalf of our client the Association of Catering Excellence formerly the European Catering Association at two of their events during 2005. The Customers View team were on hand at each event to take attendees responses and distribute questionnaires. After each event all attendees were contacted by e-mail in order to ascertain their view of that event in relation to staff, quality of the event, refreshments and location. The responses from these enabled a number of key recommendations for future events to be made to the ACE Management Team.

The Listening Post is a service relevant to any event however big or small to provide cost effective feedback to assist in the conduct of any future events as well as providing verbatim comments for the marketing of future events.
